EIRAS Data Backbone
Shared routing layer for SiteSense Lite, Regulatory Lite, FloodSense, BioMainstream, ResourceMap, ConsentTrack, ReportBridge, and Green Carbon. It records which site/request belongs in which EIRAS module, why it was routed there, and what outputs are available.
