2026-10-14: Daniel instructed logging this as a consultancy opportunity and preparing a bid brief. Logged as opportunity f81c1b65 (both GMACP ESIA/RAP notices, Clusters 1&3 and 2&4, deadline 2026-10-23 16:00 GMT). Full World Bank notice text (OP00472925, OP00472924) shows mandatory pass/fail criteria GAB does not meet as lead: road ESIA/RAP as core business, 10 years in business (GAB incorporated 2016, borderline), three completed road ESIAs and three RAPs in the last 10 years. Associations (JV or sub-consultancy) are permitted. Owner decision on route due 2026-10-16. No contact made. GBC 10 October reports 58% construction, not an operating buyer. ISD 9 October reports development of poultry supply alongside the plant (https://www.isd.gov.gh/president-mahama-links-22-rise-in-poultry-production-to-nkoko-nkitinkiti-progress/); inspect that primary report before relying on details. Build module + product registry (Lane B, CEO approved 2026-08-11)
PRE-BUILD GATE — classification GENUINELY_MISSING, action NEW_BUILD, checked by Chief of Staff (Claude) 2026-08-11. Recorded as a standalone task because Platform Development (PLAT) closed today; platform work now has no project wrapper by design. EVIDENCE — repository: No modules table and no product/capability registry exist anywhere in supabase/migrations. Verified by grep for create table on modules/module_registry/products/tool_registry/capabilities/solutions — all blank. Modules exist only as 26 markdown contracts in docs/modules/. The eight EIRAS tools exist only as hardcoded values in the eiras_module_workflows.module_key CHECK constraint (20260630103000). project_registry exists but is a technical inventory (git_url, vercel_url, tech_stack), a different concern. EVIDENCE — contracts: docs/modules/projects.md and portfolio-business-analysis.md describe the full G0-G6 lifecycle and 14 control registers, but no contract describes what owns a delivered solution after G6. operational_feedback process_group enum already includes 'operations' with no object behind it. EVIDENCE — live records: operational_feedback.source_project_id anchors on pm_projects; pm_operational_transitions.project_id and pm_benefits_reviews.project_id both cascade on the project. target_module is free text on both feedback and transitions with no FK. Verified live: original Project Sankofa 0337ddec delivered TWO things per its own description — the Aframso climate evidence base and the permanent GIS Intelligence Engine — and feedback 92e8b647 about the first is indistinguishable at record level from feedback about the second. Its benefit_review_id is null, as it is in all 8 feedback rows including the one typed benefit_gap. EVIDENCE — project tasks: no existing open task covers this. The PMI adoption task a5c684df was closed today and covered gate machinery, not the operations-side registry. SCOPE: additive only. New modules and products tables with RLS enabled, authenticated-only policies, grants to authenticated and service_role, no anon grant. Nullable FK columns added to operational_feedback, pm_operational_transitions and pm_benefits_reviews. No drops, no cascade changes, no tightening of existing constraints, no change to the EIRAS CHECK constraint. Gates G0-G6 unchanged; products carry status and feedback history, not gates.

Update lib/studio/workflow.ts: Resume CEO-requested revisions after copy QA failure
Original static revision verification was superseded by Daniel's approved creative-owner workflow on 15 Oct. Do not claim the legacy static item passed unattended: its two failed attempts/history remain. Same post/request was deliberately rebriefed to Who checked this?, rendered by existing background worker (one render attempt), and reached exact pending approval ca591b28-11de-41fd-97d7-5881b0400318 after live handoff repairs. Finished-film editorial and machine QA passed 07:59 UTC. Ongoing hourly :22 creative-owner session resumes dashboard feedback; a fresh scheduled concept-to-approval cycle is still to be observed. Implementation/pilot tracked on PM task39264440-b999-4f2f-9c51-5b23ce87bdf2.

Build Ama front desk: WhatsApp (Ghana number) text+voice, one conversation spine, Twilio secondary
CEO LIVE ACCEPTANCE TEST — 2026-07-19/20. Daniel sent a real WhatsApp voice note + text to the Ghana company number and attempted to approve a reply. Reviewed against screenshots + records. Two corrections to earlier reads folded in. === WHAT WORKS (evidenced) === - VOICE-IN LOOP: 8s voice note downloaded → Gemini transcription → routed to Ama → charter-correct drafted reply (declined block-level stock confirmation, deferred commercial terms to CEO by name, moved to qualify caller) → surfaced to Approvals with YES/NO gate + ref e335e324. End-to-end voice INTAKE intelligence confirmed live. - CONVERSATION SPINE (partial): identity now reads WhatsApp profile name "Kwaku Asante" = Daniel's own WhatsApp username (NOT a misattribution — earlier read corrected; voice path reading the profile name is CORRECT behaviour). Backfill contact 5b11c87e ("Phone +233242836505") is the same person. - Morning Briefing module working well (deficit, MLNR ReportBridge lead, 7-action routing on approval). === SEND-PATH DEFECTS (new, from approval attempt) === D1 — VOICE-REPLY RENDER FAILS: approving a reply returned "Approved, but execution needs attention: spawn /var/task/.next/server/chunks/ffmpeg ENOENT". The approval recorded, but the outbound step tried to encode Ama's reply AS A VOICE NOTE and ffmpeg is not present in the Vercel serverless runtime. Fix: bundle a static ffmpeg binary into the function (or offload audio encoding to a service that has it). Transcription-in (Gemini) works; encoding-out (ffmpeg) is missing. D2 — SILENT APPROVE-BUT-DON'T-SEND SEAM: the queue cleared/"approved" while the outbound message never sent. DANGEROUS pattern — an approval reporting success while the send fails silently means Daniel could approve buyer replies that never arrive. Execution must fail LOUDLY and hold the action as "approved, not sent" (retryable), never evaporate. RECOMMENDED IMMEDIATE UNBLOCK: default Ama's WhatsApp replies to TEXT (no ffmpeg dependency, sends reliably today, re-readable/forwardable). Voice-note replies become a later enhancement once ffmpeg is provisioned — not a blocker in the critical path. This alone should make the next approval test succeed. === ROUTING / IDENTITY IMPROVEMENTS (build ON the existing farm-media/invoice distinction — do NOT rebuild it) === CONTEXT: Daniel is the SOLE internal sender (farm media, invoices, Brief updates). Godfred routes through Daniel. Existing invoice-vs-farm-media classification already works. So there is NO multi-sender ambiguity to solve. R1 — SENDER-BASED ROUTING: inbound from Daniel's number → existing farm-media/invoice/brief handling (unchanged) AND distinguish "operator sending an approval (YES/NO)" from "operator sending a normal message"; inbound from ANY OTHER sender → Ama. This fixes both the text-stub-to-Daniel behaviour and directs customers to Ama. R2 — IDENTITY UNIFICATION on wa_id as the key across voice + text + call; reconcile profile-name and bare-number records as one relationship. R3 — CUSTOMER-MEDIA QUARANTINE (safety-by-default): media from a non-allow-listed (non-Daniel) sender attaches to the Ama CONVERSATION only and is structurally barred from entering any production_request / Comms asset pipeline. Sender identity is the gate, not content type. Closes the leak even if classification misfires. R4 — STT LEXICON: feed the CLICOM pronunciation lexicon into the transcription/normalization layer so local Field Sync Manifest terms resolve ("4th RD" was heard as "fourth ARUD"). Ama cannot answer block questions she cannot hear. === STILL OUTSTANDING from original handoff === - WhatsApp Calling two-path eligibility FINDINGS (ledger built; report not produced). - 20-scripted-call engine threshold run (history still 15 calls). === DATA NOTE (not this task) === Morning Brief shows cassava price range "GHS 900 to GHS 10,001,300 per tonne" — obvious outlier polluting the commodity price feed; flag to the price-scan owner. VERDICT: voice-intake achieved; send-path broken (D1/D2); routing/identity/quarantine (R1–R4) required. DO NOT mark done until: inbound text from a customer reaches Ama; a customer + Daniel each resolve to one identity across channels; an approved reply actually SENDS (text is fine); customer media cannot reach the public pipeline. Then produce eligibility findings + threshold run for closeout.
Design youth sales-agent pilot (1–2 agents) for R2 consideration
Design the youth sales-agent pilot ahead of the R2 review (31 Oct) so it can be considered as a cycle-two move on real evidence. Scope per agreed doctrine: 1–2 agents only; agents sell conversations not contracts (qualify + arrange buyer meetings; Daniel/record closes); commission split on signed AND delivered agreements; modest stipend/airtime floor — no bare commission-only terms; toolkit = block deep links + short training on what the pages show and who to show them to; candidate sourcing from the District (Godfred may know suitable young people); agent earnings and jobs created tracked as benefits alongside revenue. Deliverable: one-page pilot design (terms, commission structure, training outline, 2 candidate profiles) ready for the R2 session.

Connect OS-wide local host availability and same-record work pickup
Daniel authorised 18 October 2026: Lets go ahead and connect the availability heartbeat and local work pickup across GAB OS, not just comms, so cloud agents can leave work and local assistants can pick it up without me coordinating. Lane B maintenance extension, PARTIALLY_BUILT / FINISH_OR_WIRE. OS-wide current-state consistency across local and cloud assistants
Observed 18 Oct 2026: Dot committed Comms plan amendment f85c89b on remote main, but local assistant initially read unchanged local ca611f4 plan and searched memory/Reports without finding amendment. Git inspection showed HEAD...origin/main ahead1/behind1. gab-wakeup reports branch/head/status but does not fetch or compare the main checkout with remote; build-knowledge-index allowlist excludes docs/proposals. This is confirmed repository freshness/discoverability gap, not proven database replication lag. Investigate a bounded existing startup/knowledge handoff repair: explicitly surface remote/local divergence without auto-merging user work; make accepted/current plan revision discoverable via owning OS pointer and exact commit/source. Avoid indexing every draft indiscriminately or adding duplicate registries. Preserve Git ownership for proposal text and OS operating records. Agent also failed to check remote before declaring local proposal current. Existing amendment pointer memory9f8afd00 now provides immediate discovery. This is a gap/handoff, not blanket implementation approval. Promoted at closeout by codex (session auto:codex:01a14657-9ee9-7fa2-928f-65f03e00aac9:01a14d75-8945-7041-b1ec-9935f2bd22e8), 2026-10-18. CEO scope correction 18 October 2026: 'The problem is beyond just this comms initiative. It’s a general OS wide problem, how does local assistants who have. Both access to the local machine and cloud be on the same page with cloud only agents'. Treat Comms incident as one reproduction, not entire scope. Assess existing owner routing, shared startup/rules retrieval, document discovery and exact revision access, handoff/write-readback, deployed versus remote repository versions, local unpublished-work labels, concurrency and stale-write checks across modules. Local files and deployed contract bundles may lag independently; shared DB access alone does not establish equal context. Reuse existing module records/manifest/knowledge paths, no second global truth store. Propose bounded repairs and one writer/other-surface continuation check before implementation, not a broad reopened telemetry test. Current task records assessment gap only; no code, merge, schedule or deployment authorised by the question.
Implemented and deployed the bounded OS-wide consistency repair (23ce9a6, e1c4d36). Shared startup now serves canonical instructions, deployed/index revisions, indexed document paths and bounded current owner references. Exact document retrieval returns hashes and keeps proposals distinct from approvals; shared document edits trigger deployment. Local wakeup fetches refs and reports drift without merging working files. Live cached-schema cloud connector initially rejected the new enum; compatible manifest/startup and contract/docs-path aliases now work on that same connector without reconnection. Verified actual cloud connector and local bridge return identical instruction and Dot-plan hashes at e1c4d36; Dot's f85c89b plan is preserved exactly. Local tests: 756 total, 746 passed, 10 gated DB tests skipped, zero failures; handler tests and real two-checkout stale-copy test passed; typecheck/build/lint/API-auth/MCP-parity/bound-value checks passed. Latest production deployment READY and existing migrations confirmed applied; no new migration. Limits: recent work is bounded navigation, undeployed/local edits remain distinct, and fresh owner readback is required. This is not universal module write locking or proof that every independent assistant follows startup; observe that in subsequent real continuations. CEO's 'Proceed' authorised this repair after the earlier assessment-only description.

Update app/api/agents/orchestrator/tools/research.ts: Distinguish historical claims from current-source freshness in verify_sources
CLICOM 12 October 2026: verify_sources explicitly confirmed Asare et al. 2014 DOI 10.1007/s10457-014-9688-3 supports a dated historical claim, but returned stale and needs_human_verification=true solely because the publication is older than 18 months. research.ts line 355 mandates this without a historical-claim distinction. Inspect and design a bounded historical-evidence mode while retaining freshness checks for current facts. Do not mark all old sources valid. Current blocked owner: Production e913d475-18d2-4246-9b83-61f9eaa56065, Comms 818a999f-8ef8-421d-9128-3f1f5e6a978f, campaign 57530d3a-d4ed-44bf-ab3b-2f6996565d1e. Pre-build: BROKEN / REPAIR. Repository: verify_sources in research.ts unconditional18month prompt, missing historical-mode schema; contracts: Research/Comms/Production current source and approval controls; project tasks: existing333ba614 and CLICOM acceptance c42a0013/cbd810a6; live owners: PROD-E07B6F9E blocked with0assets, campaign57530d3a v8. Bounded historical mode will require dated scope and grounded support; current/mixed claims retain freshness gates.08:30schedule unchanged. 19October research acceptance continuation: actual verify_sources receipts verify-deeper-sources-result.json and verify-atomic-result.json found an additional precision defect. assessClaim demandsYYYY-MM-DD; grounded publication year2001/2012 therefore loses its real date and is refused. Same existing repair reopened for bounded partial-date handling, preserving earlier2014cocoa fix/history. BROKEN/REPAIR preflight recorded; no weakened grounding, inventedday or fulltext verdictoverride. Exact unread sourcecontent remainsunsupported. Evidence output/clicom-research-acceptance-2026-10-19/. User: We need to complete the reusable and deeper research so that it does not become a task hanging.
Extended the existing historical-source repair to preserve actual year/month/day publication precision. Conservative internal bounds reject future/uncertain current freshness; no invented dates, grounding waiver or override of unavailable fulltext. Deployed ab5f645 and live shared Research contract verified. Actual live replay supports bounded Amanor2001 and policy2012 claims with year precision and needs_human_verification=false; unread Chouin interpretation remains unsupported. Full local suite795total784pass11skip0fail, focused9/9, typecheck pass, lint0errors14existingwarnings, auth/parity/bound-values pass. Production READY and CI39235830739 quality/migration success. Original exact2014cocoa repair and failures retained. This closes machinery precision extension only; deeper research and EP reusable acceptance remain blocked on same records.
Update scripts/gab-agent-telemetry.mjs: Telemetry audit: reconcile historical closeouts and expose cross-host collection gaps
2026-10-11 audit of the local 94 missing-closeout flags: 93 ended Codex turns had no closeout invocation; one 2026-09-06 turn invoked closeout for an older turn key. All 94 host turns finished normally. 32 predate the 2026-09-21 05:53 UTC CLI required-status fix; 62 follow it. Collector heartbeat advances, retries and identity failures are zero; 18 focused telemetry tests pass. Repair candidates: reconcileTurn returns immediately for state.closed, so late remote corrections never refresh the local missing_closeout flag; local stale health ignores a persisted active ledger turn whose lifecycle falls before enrollment.since (server stale key auto:codex:01a0c30c-3917-7df1-bf53-be31416892c8:01a0c315-e76b-7343-8a8c-a698b317aa51, host finished 2026-09-21 08:31, enrollment since 08:39). Server also reports two stale Claude records; tick only handles Codex, and one Claude transcript now spans two models so activation declines without closing the prior record. Top-level CLI catch discards handler detail despite call() constructing it. Historical missing-closeout totals should be distinguished from current collector health and recent closeout compliance. docs/operating-model/AGENT_TELEMETRY_ACTIVATION.md is stale about the now-existing Claude enrollment adapter. Preserve historical evidence; never infer successful work from host finish or retroactively fill task counts. Implement only after the Lane B gate, updating contracts and meaningful behavioral tests. Promoted at closeout by codex (session auto:codex:01a12b71-d0a7-7d83-ae48-64f026dfe24a:01a12b73-56d4-7072-aecb-f430ab20be15), 2026-10-11.
Repaired exact-key telemetry receipt lookup, durable retries, per-turn Codex/Claude Stop gates, sandbox-compatible explicit-attestation spool, skipped-wakeup recovery coverage, Claude per-turn model attribution and truthful cross-host health. Live production tests verified two actual turns per installed host plus a fresh final Codex trial with matching server/hook/collector receipts, outage retry, race protection and historical preservation. Original 94 unknown outcomes retained pre-repair timestamps; one excluded finished Codex turn recovered as interrupted collection only; two legacy stale Claude outcomes remain unknown. 579 tests passed, 7 skipped; lint has no errors; production 585dae89 is READY and required migration applied. Automatic gates on other surfaces remain unverified.
Lane B: add terminal non-done task statuses (superseded/cancelled) to pm_tasks
CEO-authorised 2026-09-01 after task ef173b8d had to be marked done despite never being executed, because pm_tasks offers no status for work that is rehoused or abandoned. Carries the pre-build gate receipt for this Lane B change. Scope: DB CHECK constraint, terminal-state helpers in lib/projects/state.ts, progress math, the eight UI sites using "not done" as an open proxy, the MCP tool status enums, and the tasks/projects module contracts.
Completed elsewhere; reconciled against the original scope on 20 October 2026. Claude delivered commit 37357101 on 1 September: migration 20260901120000, terminal/open/done helpers, progress and EVM denominator rules, eight UI expressions across four surfaces, MCP task status enums and Tasks/Projects contracts. Current production PostgreSQL metadata confirms the live constraint includes superseded/cancelled/archived; six contract tests pass. Actual compiled helper checks verify terminal work counts as neither open nor achieved, 100% progress for one done task plus three stopped tasks, and unchanged EVM after adding stopped tasks. No existing active execution was found on this original item. Codex verified the delivered implementation and closed the stale owner record; no rebuild or duplicate business task. Original title, description, implementer and history are preserved. Inbox retirement statuses are separate and are not claimed delivered by this PM-only task.

Repair Farm Explorer Live public deployment and routing
Diagnose and repair the split between the Farm Explorer Live pilot in the repository and the buyer-facing GAB website. Verified state: the canonical partnership URL serves an older cached map surface, while the current production deployment returns an error for the newer Farm Explorer routes. Acceptance: the canonical public URL serves the intended Farm Explorer experience, the direct route works or redirects deliberately, and the result is verified on the live public domain. Preserve the Farm ERP/GIS/media source-of-truth boundaries and do not present fallback data as live evidence.
Complete Meta Business Verification (Daniel-only) — unlocks WhatsApp calling + higher messaging tier
FOUNDATIONAL — unlocks WhatsApp Business Calling (Ama in-app calls), lifts messaging tier TIER_250 → TIER_1K (more Ama conversations before caps), and unlocks other WhatsApp capabilities. BACKGROUND (Gemini read-only inspection, 2026-07-21): GAB's WhatsApp is a direct Meta Cloud API sender, number +233 59 105 1711, Phone Number ID 986253554580746, WABA 2008247956742709. Two blockers to calling, both cleared by verification: Business Verification (was not_verified), messaging tier (was TIER_250, auto-upgrades to 1K on approval). Native Meta Cloud API is the correct path; do NOT migrate to Twilio. COMPLETED & VERIFIED 2026-07-21: Daniel submitted Meta Business Verification himself (business.facebook.com → Security Center → Business Verification; use case "App requires access to permissions on Meta for Developers"; Daniel uploaded documents and clicked Submit — no agent handled credentials or documents). Meta approved FASTER than the quoted ~2 business days: Security Center now shows "Verification for GAB Climate Smart — Originally verified on Jul 21, 2026 — VERIFIED" (green badge). GAB Climate Smart Investment Ltd is now a Meta-verified business. REMAINING (NOT verified from records — needs confirmation): (1) messaging tier auto-upgrade TIER_250 → TIER_1K — should follow verification but not yet confirmed; a Lane B read-only check of the WABA tier (as Gemini did before) would confirm. (2) WhatsApp Calling is now UNBLOCKED on prerequisites but still OFF — enabling it is a separate Lane B build task: Meta WhatsApp Manager console toggle (Enable Inbound Calling) + webhook/SIP routing of answered calls to Ama's voice server. Hard constraint stands: WhatsApp calls cannot bridge to PSTN — answered by Ama only, never ring Daniel's mobile. Note: this is SEPARATE from the overdue GRA nil-tax-returns task (8502d09c) — shared documents, different filing.
Submitted 2026-07-21; Meta status In review (~2 business days). Daniel completed upload + submit; no agent involvement.
Ama defect: no conversation state — re-asks for info already given; add per-conversation context + charter-safe order acknowledgement
RESOLVED & VERIFIED ON EVIDENCE 2026-07-21. Implemented by Kimi (stepped in for Codex). Ama now carries per-conversation qualification state across WhatsApp text, WhatsApp voice notes, and Twilio calls — loads prior state after identity resolution, extracts/merges fields, asks only for what's missing, and on a complete order acknowledges + escalates to Daniel without quoting price or committing (charter-safe). State spine: qualification_state jsonb on ama_conversations (migration 20260728000000); helpers in lib/voice/qualification.ts and lib/voice/conversation.ts; wired into WhatsApp text + voice-note branches and the Twilio call turn route. 138/138 tests pass, TypeScript clean, migration pushed, production redeployed. LIVE VERIFICATION (CEO test with real external number, Candy Treyy +233531386374): confirmed Ama RETAINED conversation memory across BOTH text AND voice note — did not re-ask for information already given, advanced the conversation instead of restarting. The original defect (re-asking for crop/quantity/location/timing after the customer supplied all of it) is closed, and closed across modalities (the channel-agnostic requirement Daniel specifically flagged). Records confirm both of the customer's messages attached to one unified identity. DEFECT ORIGIN (for history): found in earlier CEO live test same day — Ama treated each inbound message as a fresh first-contact, repeating the intake template. Identity spine worked; conversation-context continuity did not. Now fixed. REMAINING (separate, not blocking this closure): voice-note REPLY rendering (ffmpeg) still deferred — replies default to text, which is fine; image/customer-media quarantine untested by a live image send; WhatsApp Calling gated on Meta Business Verification (task f72e63e4). Positioning note for Daniel: the test order was small RETAIL (two sacks to a house) vs Farm Explorer's industrial-tonnage focus — open question whether/how the front desk serves retail.
Add MCP tool: query_pm_projects (list all PM projects + lookup by short_code)
TOOLING GAP found 2026-07-21 during a portfolio review. There is NO MCP tool to list all PM projects or to fetch a PM project by short_code. Current gab-os MCP tools only expose: query_pm_project (requires UUID) and query_pm_tasks (requires UUID). There is query_project_registry (codebases only) and query_portfolio_initiatives (portfolio-gated initiatives only) — but the standalone pm_projects table (where non-portfolio projects like NBNB, VALUEADD-P0, Mampong Community Cassava Partnership Campaign, Value Addition Feasibility, Institutional Feeding & School Farms live) has no list/lookup tool. Consequence: chat/agent sessions cannot survey the project portfolio or resolve a project by its short_code the way they can for initiatives — these projects are only visible via the dashboard UI, creating a blind spot (this exact gap hid several agribusiness projects during a CEO portfolio review).\n\nBUILD: add an MCP tool `query_pm_projects` (plural) that lists PM projects with optional filters: status, category, owner, and short_code (exact match for direct lookup). Return per project: id, short_code, name, category, status, priority, progress_pct, gate_state, task_summary, milestone_summary, end_date, source_pba_initiative_id. Mirror the shape/paging of query_portfolio_initiatives. Include a short_code index/lookup so a caller can fetch one project by code (e.g. 'NBNB', 'ECO24', 'VALUEADD-P0') without knowing its UUID. Keep result size manageable (summary fields only; full detail stays in query_pm_project).\n\nDoD: query_pm_projects returns the full pm_projects list with the fields above; short_code lookup returns the single matching project; tool registered in the gab-os MCP schema and callable from chat.
Purge QA/test leftover records from Consultancy pipeline & clear their alerts
Data cleanup: remove leftover TEST/QA records polluting the live Consultancy pipeline and inflating revenue alerts. Daniel confirmed these are test leftovers (visible in the Consultancy Listener), not real clients.\n\nTARGETS (verify each is test data before removing — do NOT delete real leads):\n- Consultancy engagement 'QA Test Site' (client 'QA', consultancy_followup 5dbef129-75c3-4991-9236-8c7a6041ee1a, overdue 13d)\n- Any other engagement with client name 'QA', 'Test', 'QA Test Site', or similar test markers.\n- Their associated follow-up alerts and any test EIRAS/SiteSense leads tied to them.\n\nCAUTION: 'ABC' and 'MLNR' appear to be REAL leads (ABC = SiteSense 'Legitimizing Mining in Forest Reserves' + ResourceMap SSL-20260713-BC5205; MLNR = ReportBridge SSL-20260713-6894D3). Do NOT remove these — confirm with Daniel if any ambiguity. Only remove clear test/QA artifacts.\n\nDEFINITION OF DONE: Consultancy Listener and pipeline show only real engagements; test-derived consultancy alerts cleared; report what was removed with IDs for the audit trail.
Retire WhatsApp for CEO notifications → Dashboard + Email; clear [131047] alert storm
Implements pinned CEO decision (memory ae8f21ee, 2026-07-21). GOAL: stop the WhatsApp [131047] failure loop at its source and move CEO notifications to reliable channels.\n\nSCOPE:\n1. RETIRE WhatsApp as a channel for Daniel's own notifications/approval requests. Find every outbound path that sends CEO notifications, approval requests, or re-engagement messages to Daniel's number (+233242836505) over WhatsApp and disable it. The OS must never attempt these over WhatsApp again — this is what triggers Meta error [131047] outside the 24h window.\n2. ROUTE CEO notifications & approval requests to: DASHBOARD Approval Queue as PRIMARY (already works); EMAIL for anything flagged URGENT. Confirm the email path works end-to-end (send a test urgent notification to Daniel's email and verify receipt).\n3. Do NOT pursue Meta template approval for personal CEO alerts. WhatsApp templates/messaging remain for CUSTOMER-facing Ama replies ONLY — do not touch the customer reply path.\n4. RESOLVE/clear the existing storm of 13+ 'WhatsApp message failed to deliver' [131047] alerts (19–20 Jul) once the source is disabled, so system health and the Daily Briefing recover. Confirm no new [131047] alerts generate after the change.\n\nVERIFY (definition of done): no code path sends CEO/approval notifications to Daniel over WhatsApp; a test urgent notification arrives by email; the existing [131047] alert backlog is cleared; no new [131047] alerts appear for 24h; customer-facing Ama WhatsApp replies remain unaffected. Report with evidence (commit/deploy ref + before/after alert count).\n\nNOTE: build ON existing systems, don't rebuild. Alert dedup (same source_key → one alert w/ count) is OPTIONAL hardening — flag if quick, otherwise leave for a separate task.
Harden governed Web/Desktop Bridge residuals
LANE B FOLLOW-UP — 19 July 2026 Origin Follow-up to completed Task f3fb7889-15d8-46c3-9321-9ddb88410774, “Implement governed Web/Desktop Bridge for Comms and Production.” Keep this item unlinked in the Task Inbox. It is a machinery-hardening task, not a new project, module, creative workflow or campaign. Objective Close the three residual governance and durability issues found during independent assessment of the live Web/Desktop Bridge. Issue 1 — truthful Codex task ownership and completion evidence Confirmed live: the originating task is assigned to Codex and marked done, but assigned_to_ai=false, completed_by_ai=false, output_summary=null, output links are null and last_execution_id=null. Confirmed root cause: lib/actionItems.ts inferAssignedToAi() does not recognise “Codex”. Required work: - make Codex assignment/completion classify truthfully without breaking existing Claude/Ama/Chief-of-Staff classifications; - ensure Lane B tasks completed by Codex can store a concise output summary and appropriate execution/evidence references; - correct the originating task metadata through the governed Tasks write path after the machinery supports it; - update the Tasks contract and focused tests if behaviour changes. Issue 2 — durable ingestion of returned external assets Confirmed live: Pomelli run 31c17138-d453-4843-b7df-9189f1a728ec returned selected version pomelli-1, but production asset 641a6ccf-c63c-4e7f-b472-007d4e5d6f61 points to a labs.google.com Pomelli session/download URL. An independent request resolves to HTML, not a durable directly retrievable image. Required work: - design and implement the smallest governed ingestion path that downloads/exports a selected bridge result into GAB-controlled durable storage or the proper Drive filing location; - preserve the external project/source URL separately from the durable GAB asset URL; - validate media type, size and recoverable failure states; never log credentials or browser session material; - retain exact bridge provenance, synthetic disclosure, source-versus-generated distinction and Production ownership; - do not mark Brand QA passed, approve, publish or message; - add tests for successful ingestion, HTML/login/session responses, expired downloads, duplicate ingestion and recovery. Issue 3 — restrict bridge-run writes to governed server paths Confirmed repository-current: migration 20260727120000_production_bridge_runs.sql grants authenticated users unrestricted SELECT plus INSERT/UPDATE through an always-true FOR ALL policy. Required work: - verify the live client/server access path and establish the narrowest policy that preserves the Production dashboard’s required reads while restricting inserts/updates to governed server/service-role tools; - implement through a new forward-only Supabase migration; never edit applied migration history and never use direct SQL/MCP migration bypasses; - preserve audit logging and provenance; - add contract/security tests, live anon/auth boundary verification where safe, and confirm the four bridge MCP tools still operate. Governance and scope - Existing Production, Comms, Brand QA, CEO approval and publishing boundaries remain unchanged. - Use the GAB OS operating protocol, wake-up and Tasks + Production preflights. - Inspect the dirty worktree and do not stage, overwrite or commit unrelated user/agent work. - Update affected module contracts, bridge documentation and MCP tool map only if the tool surface or operating behaviour changes. - Commit scoped files with Agent: Codex attribution and push main when verified for production use. Acceptance criteria 1. A task assigned to and completed by Codex is truthfully represented as AI work with a usable output summary/evidence trail. 2. The original bridge task’s completion metadata is corrected through a governed path. 3. A selected external bridge output can be persisted as a durable GAB-controlled asset; a login page or HTML response cannot be accepted as an image. 4. External source/project URLs remain available as provenance but are not mistaken for durable production assets. 5. Authenticated dashboard users retain required read visibility but cannot directly fabricate or rewrite production_bridge_runs outside governed server paths. 6. Bridge preparation/result/failure/query tools, Production UI visibility, audit records and QA/approval gates continue working. 7. Focused tests, full tests, TypeScript, MCP parity, build, migration status and live same-surface verification pass. 8. No external post, message, ad, permission, budget or approval action is required. Closeout evidence Write the implementation summary, commits/deployment, migration verification, test counts, live checks and any remaining limitation back to this Task Inbox item. Do not mark done without truthful AI completion metadata and durable evidence. Execution update — 19 July 2026 09:40 UTC - Scoped commit d3f3994 pushed to main; production deployment dpl_4gBHjgCUHXBCd6QdcmbSSavoZEgL is Ready. - Forward migration 20260727130000 applied. Live grants: authenticated SELECT=true and INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE=false; service-role write=true; only authenticated SELECT policy remains. Anon read/write returns 401 permission denied. - Original task f3fb7889-15d8-46c3-9321-9ddb88410774 corrected through update_action_item with assigned_to_ai=true, completed_by_ai=true, output summary/evidence and linked execution 5318cf2d-ad56-45fe-9823-ecfdbb6818cd. - Pomelli run 31c17138-d453-4843-b7df-9189f1a728ec is now awaiting_ingestion with the session URL retained only as external_output_url. Public ingestion fails closed; no asset/QA/approval/outward action occurred. - Tests: 115/115 passed; TypeScript, MCP parity (194/190/184), and production build passed. - Remaining controlled verification: retrieve selected Pomelli bytes through Daniel's signed-in Chrome session and ingest them through the live server tool. Chrome is running and extension installed/enabled, but its control channel is disconnected. Closeout — 19 July 2026 09:48 UTC Implementation - Commit d3f3994 (Agent: Codex) adds truthful Codex completion metadata, governed bridge byte ingestion, external-vs-durable provenance, UI/contracts/tool-map updates, focused tests and forward migration 20260727130000. Production deployment dpl_4gBHjgCUHXBCd6QdcmbSSavoZEgL is Ready. - Commit bfec4a8 (Agent: Codex) records the required GAB OS state snapshot. MCP operating memory reseeded. No project was created or linked. Live Tasks verification - Original task f3fb7889-15d8-46c3-9321-9ddb88410774 now shows assigned_to_ai=true, completed_by_ai=true, an output summary/evidence list, execution_output_generated_at and last_execution_id=5318cf2d-ad56-45fe-9823-ecfdbb6818cd. - Live Tasks dashboard shows this hardening item in the Task Inbox and unlinked to a project. Live Production verification - Selected Pomelli media exported through Daniel's signed-in Chrome session as a real 1080x1920 PNG, 1,021,176 bytes. - Run 31c17138-d453-4843-b7df-9189f1a728ec completed with external_output_url retained separately and durable_asset_url under media.gabclimatesmart.com. - Existing asset 641a6ccf-c63c-4e7f-b472-007d4e5d6f61 was updated in place to GAB storage path renders/production/prod-8c51b01c/bridge/31c17138-d453-4843-b7df-9189f1a728ec/41dcf34457d9fc92be5f66579ed6c36f1cbf0b23aa6b3f1c9c53bb1304b00e1d.png. Public retrieval returns HTTP 200 image/png and the same SHA-256. - Duplicate ingestion reused the same asset. HTML/login bytes were rejected. Production request is brand_qa, brand_qa_status and bridge qa_status remain not_checked, approval_action_id is null. Live Production dashboard renders the durable asset as review output. Security and verification - Live grants: authenticated SELECT=true, INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE=false; service-role writes=true; RLS enabled; only authenticated SELECT policy remains. Anon read/write both return 401 permission denied. Supabase security advisors report no production_bridge_runs finding. - 115/115 tests passed; TypeScript, MCP parity 194 handlers / 190 definitions / 184 external tools, production build, migration status and live MCP/UI checks passed. - No post, message, ad, permission, budget, approval or other outward action occurred. Existing Brand QA, CEO approval and publishing gates remain unchanged.
Hardened the governed Web/Desktop Bridge in production: Codex task completion now records truthful linked execution evidence; external Pomelli media is validated, hashed and ingested into GAB-controlled storage with source provenance preserved; and production_bridge_runs writes are restricted to governed service-role handlers while authenticated dashboard reads remain available. All QA, CEO approval and publishing gates remain unchanged.
Implement governed Web/Desktop Bridge for Comms and Production
APPROVED DECISION — 19 July 2026 Objective Extend agents already governed by GAB OS with a Web/Desktop Bridge that can carry an existing Comms or Production job into a specialist application that lacks a sufficient API/MCP surface, use current job-specific GAB context, and return the output to the originating record. This is not a new project, department, Production engine, Comms workflow, or ungoverned external agent. Strategic intent Keep Comms and Production as the owning workflows. Add browser-assisted and desktop-assisted execution modes so GAB can use stronger specialist interfaces—especially Pomelli for fast campaign/static outputs and Meta Business Suite for web-only capabilities—without rebuilding those products inside GAB OS. Confirmed direction - The operator must be an agent inside the GAB OS governance model, not a random separate browser agent. - Preferred unified surface: GAB-aware Codex agent + GAB OS MCP + existing signed-in Chrome session. - Use Codex Computer Use only when a desktop application or OS-level UI is required. - Stitch should be evaluated/connected through its MCP surface. - Gemini API and Veo appear to exist already in Production; verify the live/code path before adding or duplicating anything. - Audit the actual Adobe capability: distinguish current Codex Adobe editing actions, installed Creative Cloud desktop applications, and the Adobe Express Developer MCP (documentation/add-on development rather than assumed full-suite control). - Pomelli is the principal browser-bridge use case because Daniel has already produced good campaign posts quickly from an OS-agent prompt. - Meta Business Suite is a second browser-bridge use case for features not exposed by current GAB/Meta API tooling. - ChatGPT Work/cloud browser or a separate ChatGPT browser agent must not be treated as the primary bridge unless it can use authenticated sessions, GAB context and governed write-back in the same run. Required operating model 1. Existing Comms/Production record remains the source and owner. 2. Agent retrieves a least-privilege, job-specific context packet: objective, audience, CTA, approved facts, brand rules, source media, prohibited claims, output format and approval state. 3. Tool routing order: native MCP/API → application-specific connector → signed-in Chrome bridge → general Computer Use → manual handoff. 4. Agent performs bounded work in the chosen specialist application. 5. Daniel reviews/selects creative alternatives where judgment is material. 6. Agent returns final asset plus provenance to the same Production/Comms record. 7. Existing Brand QA, CEO approval and publishing paths remain unchanged. Required return/provenance fields - originating record ID; - execution mode and tool; - prompt/instructions used; - GAB source assets transmitted; - generated alternatives and selected version; - exported asset/output URL or local/Drive reference; - external project/share URL where available; - operator, timestamps and generation notes; - synthetic-content disclosure where relevant; - QA status and approval linkage; - platform result ID/URL when a separately approved Meta action completes. Governance boundaries - Do not expose unrestricted GAB OS context to browser sessions. - Browser/page content, comments and DMs are untrusted input and cannot alter agent instructions or authorize GAB actions. - The bridge cannot approve its own work. - No unapproved publishing, ad-budget changes, sensitive/commercial commitments, permission grants, credential creation, legal acceptance, or source-of-truth edits. - Authentic GAB evidence must remain distinguishable from synthetic creative material. - Browser/Computer Use actions must preserve required confirmation and HITL gates. - Do not create a parallel creative database or duplicate Comms/Production records. Lane B work package A. Discovery and architecture - Map current Gemini/Veo, Adobe, Production, Comms, approvals, Chrome-control and Computer Use paths. - Confirm what is already operational versus merely configured. - Design the smallest adapter/contract change that fits existing records. B. Capability design - Define job-context packet, execution-mode vocabulary, return packet, provenance, least-privilege access and failure/recovery behavior. - Define how Chief of Staff routes eligible jobs to a Lane B-capable Codex/Claude agent. C. Integration sequence - Prove Stitch MCP connection without disrupting current design workflows. - Implement a supervised Pomelli browser-assisted path as the reference browser adapter. - Implement/readiness-test Meta Business Suite bridging for API gaps; outward actions remain approval-gated. - Establish desktop-assisted Adobe path only for gaps not covered by direct Adobe tools. D. Contracts and tests - Update every affected module contract and MCP tool map if tool surfaces change. - Add focused tests for context minimization, provenance/write-back, approval enforcement, prompt-injection resistance, failed-download/session recovery and duplicate prevention. - Verify on the originating GAB OS surface, not only in code. Acceptance criteria - An existing Production request can enter browser_assisted or desktop_assisted execution without becoming a new workflow. - The same governed agent can retrieve the bounded GAB context, operate an approved signed-in application, and attach/log the result to the originating record. - A supervised Pomelli session can create alternatives from an OS brief and return a selected asset with complete provenance. - Meta bridge can at minimum perform read-only inspection and prepare an approved action; publishing or ads cannot bypass existing approvals. - Stitch MCP availability is verified and documented. - Existing Gemini/Veo and Adobe capabilities are reused rather than duplicated. - Contract, tests, audit evidence and human-readable implementation documentation agree. - No live public post, message, ad, permission change or account action is required to prove the first implementation. Execution note This is a Lane B machinery extension stored intentionally as an unlinked Task Inbox item by Daniel's explicit direction. It should be picked up by a code-capable Lane B agent; do not execute it as a generic Lane A autonomous business task or convert it into a project without Daniel's later instruction. EXECUTION UPDATE — 19 July 2026 Implemented and deployed governed Web/Desktop Bridge as a Lane B extension with no linked project. Production request PROD-8C51B01C (0a49d805-4dc1-4b66-99f5-f88c589275d5) remained the owner. Evidence - Git: 7291ce5 bridge implementation; d005948 build unblock; f8466bb controlled-verification documentation. Production deployment dpl_GtvnuchubMzUts7cYYrQ7Rfh9AaN is Ready. - Database: migration 20260727120000 applied; production_bridge_runs stores bounded packet/hash, prompt, transmitted assets, alternatives/selection, output/project references, operator/timestamps, disclosure, QA/approval and failure recovery. - MCP: 193 handlers / 189 in-OS definitions / 183 external tools; prepare/result/failure/query bridge tools live. - Tests: full contract suite 111/111 passed; focused bridge 6/6; TypeScript passed; MCP parity passed; production build passed. - Pomelli: run 31c17138-d453-4843-b7df-9189f1a728ec created four supervised 9:16 alternatives from the bounded SiteSense brief. Untrusted unsourced copy was corrected before generation; two returned claim-bearing alternatives were flagged for rejection. Controlled draft pomelli-1 returned as Production asset 641a6ccf-c63c-4e7f-b472-007d4e5d6f61. Brand QA remains not_checked; no approval was created. - Meta Business Suite: run e5921a50-cd0a-4ea8-97ff-dff2b68f3ec4 completed signed-in read-only inspection and recorded the later approval-bound action surface. No post, message, story, reel, ad, budget, profile, email or permission control was used. - Stitch: signed-in web project 8086291640472161522 is readable. Run f284407c-773f-4150-b6f4-48cb3946d9c0 honestly recorded authentication_required because no callable Stitch MCP server/key is configured. - Existing Gemini image, Veo, narration, Remotion, Adobe Codex actions and installed Adobe desktop apps were verified and reused; no duplicate generator was added. - Live Production surface displays all three bridge runs, provenance hashes, selections, QA/approval state, links, disclosure and recovery evidence on the originating request. Safety result No public post, message, ad, budget change, permission change, account action, legal acceptance or source-of-truth bypass occurred. Existing Brand QA, CEO approval and publishing gates remain unchanged. BLOCKER — narrow Daniel action required In Stitch Settings, create or provide a scoped Stitch API key and authorize adding the official Stitch MCP server to Codex. Then verification can list Stitch projects and read project 8086291640472161522 without mutating it. Until that MCP proof is complete, this Task is blocked rather than done. BLOCKER CLEARED — 19 July 2026 Daniel created the scoped Stitch API key and copied Stitch's generated Codex configuration. The configuration was installed at ~/.codex/config.toml with backup ~/.codex/config.toml.pre-stitch-20260719; the key was never printed or pasted into chat. Verification - Official Stitch MCP endpoint initialized successfully as StatelessServer. - 14 tools discovered, including list_projects, get_project, list_screens, get_screen, generation/variant and design-system tools. - list_projects(view=owned) returned one project: projects/8086291640472161522, Regulatory Lite Landing Page. - get_project read that project successfully without mutation. - No create, edit, generate, delete, upload, share or export tool was called. - Authenticated proof exposed an asset-selection overbreadth: omitted asset_ids enumerated all attached assets in a prepared packet. Run 659ff349-7adb-443a-a7ad-c0e26db6ceea recorded the mismatch as failed. Commit 468fbc8 now transmits zero assets unless IDs are explicitly selected; regression suite is 7/7, TypeScript/MCP parity/build pass, and production deployment dpl_GH1bCkvuDkcyR1uskyvQeQt6sJ5m is Ready. - Corrected Stitch run a4052760-63a7-4591-9fbf-b571c64d6ef8 completed with transmitted_assets=[], read-only project provenance, qa_status=not_checked and no approval. All acceptance criteria are now satisfied. Task completed with existing Brand QA, CEO approval and publishing gates unchanged.
Implemented and live-verified the governed Web/Desktop Bridge on existing Production records: bounded browser/app/desktop packets, Pomelli supervised generation provenance, read-only Meta verification, authenticated Stitch MCP verification, existing Adobe/Gemini/Veo reuse, and unchanged Brand QA/CEO approval/publishing gates.
Continue Voice Agent / WhatsApp front desk ideation — Ama + Ghana WABA marriage
RESOLVED 2026-07-26. Ideation concluded across three sessions with cross-lane review (Codex, 2026-07-26). CEO decision: WhatsApp on the Ghana company number is GAB's front door — Ama handles text and voice there; Twilio US number stays as secondary/international door into the same Ama. Build handed to Code via Task Inbox task 72e4d3fe-5d7d-4ae3-90cc-5b3c1949c30b (voice-note ears, one conversation spine, read-only two-path calling eligibility discovery, Ama charter, thresholds-not-bake-off; irreversible console actions Daniel-only). Creative tools (Claude Design/Stitch/Pomelli/Adobe) confirmed as alternatives on CEO's palette — no tool map needed; brand QA remains the common exit gate. Corrections absorbed from cross-lane review: WhatsApp text inbound already works (contact creation + drafted responses to Approvals); Production bridge must not be reused for Voice console work; WhatsApp calls cannot bridge to PSTN.

Add image-generation API key to production GAB OS environment
The MCP bridge generate_visual tool and Production dashboard runImageGeneration currently return 'No image API key found' on the deployed GAB OS instance. At least one of GEMINI_API_KEY / GOOGLE_GENERATIVE_AI_API_KEY, OPENAI_API_KEY, or IDEOGRAM_API_KEY must be added to the Vercel/production environment so CLICOM claymation frames can be generated in-OS and recorded as production_assets instead of only locally.
Set up GAB design system in Claude Design + block-page pilot to feed M2 build
Brand & design capability review using Claude Design (confirmed available on plan). Step 1: one-time design system onboarding at claude.ai/design — upload GAB brand guide + best existing collateral, point at gabclimatesmart.com website repo; review the extracted system against the brand guide before publishing. Step 2: pilot on two real deliverables — (a) Farm Explorer Live block page visual design, exported as a Claude Code handoff bundle to feed design intent into the M2 build (project 7c70e097-0ce0-4090-8517-580bc9b0b013); (b) one land-partnership one-pager. Step 3: evaluate and, if adopted, update brand governance notes so Comms/production requests know Design = origination, Adobe/GAB OS render pipeline = volume production, brand_audit/Data Trust = unchanged governance gate. Due before Code's M2 build window is deep — design intent must be ready to feed the handoff.
Superseded: ERP-derived crop-stress escalation
Administrative closure under Daniel's 2026-10-06 GIS + Farm Agent decision. The original automatic escalation depended on unverified ERP crop/status values. Evidence has been retained. No planting, harvest, inspection or field treatment is claimed performed.
Retired an invalid ERP-context escalation during the Farm/GIS cutover. The mapped geometry is unchanged; old crop/status context is archived and the corresponding finding is closed as invalid. This is administrative supersession, not completion of field work.

Build: make Production execute formats (carousel/PDF/explainer/image-to-video), not relabel
Ratified 2026-06-14. Production owns the visual with full format range, but today some asset types just relabel the single Comms auto-render (a "carousel" = one PNG). Wire the in-OS generators (Nano Banana image-to-image, Veo, Remotion reels, brand cards, Gemini TTS) and the Adobe Firefly Services / Canva MCPs as real one-click Production actions, so: carousel → N real slides, resource_pdf → real PDF, explainer → narrated reel, single shot → image-to-video. Goal: an agent produces the format and the CEO only reviews (fits his warm-closer / review-not-do profile). Tiers: standard posts auto-ship the Comms render; feature/hero (launches, EIRAS-tool promotion, campaigns) route through Production. First brick already shipped: EXIF auto-orient in render-branded (sharp). See docs/modules/production.md "Honest status: execute, do not relabel".
Build creative benchmarking — study competitors/ads to raise comms output quality
CEO direction (2026-06-14): comms creative should keep improving by studying similar companies and ads in GAB's areas of interest (climate-smart agriculture, environmental/NRM consultancy, agribusiness, carbon/MRV) and producing better versions. Build a lightweight loop: periodically collect strong reference posts/ads (visual + copy patterns), distill what makes them work, and feed those patterns into the comms drafter + vision QA + the taste rules so GAB outputs trend upward. Pair with the existing taste loop (CEO rejections) so the system learns from both the best-in-class AND the CEO's bar. Not urgent; a quality-compounding capability.
Set up LinkedIn for GAB before public launch (personal-led + company page)
Pre-launch, not urgent. Recommendation: lead with Daniel's PERSONAL LinkedIn profile (credible Ghanaian environmental/NRM professional, ex-Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources) posting GAB's Ghana-first EIRAS tools + work, anchored by a GAB Climate Smart company page. In B2B/Ghana, people follow people, and the warm-closer inbound dynamic runs through the personal profile. Then wire LinkedIn publishing into Comms (no LINKEDIN_ACCESS_TOKEN connected yet; system has platform infra but no token/dispatch). TikTok and X: deliberately SKIPPED for now (consumer/low-ROI for Ghana B2B); revisit only post-launch and only under the company brand. Trigger this when the tools are branded (tools.gabclimatesmart.com) and launch-ready.
