GAB OS — Operating Capability Review
Current authorised scope — 13 October 2026: Daniel approved implementing the continuous cross-sector market-intelligence plan as one connected workstream using existing OS capabilities, and explicitly added holistic evaluation of the models behind research runs. This authorises the bounded research-model role changes and delivery task b5b6241d-baf8-4069-82f6-1f95781d078a. It supersedes the initial assessment-only/no-model-migration restriction for this workstream. External outreach, bids, publication, commercial commitments and new subscriptions retain existing approval rules. Shared knowledge work remains with its existing owner; this project does not reopen the parked Knowledge Layer initiative. Historical intake — 6 October 2026: OS-wide operating capability assessment covering efficiency, responsiveness, security and management relevance. Initial price safeguards, financial-label repairs and existing-owner Briefing connections were deployed and verified. At that initial stage model migration, subscriptions and a delivery project were not authorised. The later 13 October approval and Portfolio promotion establish the present execution scope. Approach: retain OS architecture and domain owners. Connect source evidence, organisation history, service relevance, investigations and recorded outcomes across farm/agribusiness, environment, GIS, AI operations, partnerships and community/climate knowledge. Separate actual supported facts, potential fit, commercial readiness and action authority. Project promoted from PBA initiative d2df94c5-77b6-4ddd-a06a-4e4524bb3443.

# OS-wide operating capability assessment — 6 October 2026 ## Decision context and evidence limits Daniel says GAB OS has improved significantly. The objective is to exploit stronger AI capabilities where they improve company management, including efficiency, responsiveness, security and relevance. This is an operating-capability review across the company, not a consultancy-only upgrade or a defect-only audit. This assessment covers the 31 modules returned by the live module catalogue plus Overview, Masterclass, CSR Partners, Investors and Notifications. It combines contract/workflow review, repository inspection of agent schedules and selected implementation paths, current Data Trust and
